Otherkin: A Christian Examination

What I am going to talk about today is a very dangerous thing for me to talk about. I am putting my reputation on the line to talk about this because I fear that other Christians will call me a crazy person, a heretic, or worse. But this is something I feel pushed to talk about so that more people can know about it, and so I can be more honest with my audience. What I'm going to talk about today is a subculture on the internet known as Otherkin. What is Otherkin, you ask? Otherkins are people who personally identify as something other than human. There is a mixed bag of people in this subculture, each believing something different about what they believe themselves to be. Godly Dragon Ramblings: We Are Society's Slaves

Hey everyone. Welcome to yet another rambling of thoughts that I have had in my head in the current moment. As usual with these ramblings, feel free to take them with a grain of salt. However, this is a realization I've come to and I believe this to be true. And it'll be something that nobody will want to hear. But here goes nothing. Let's talk about slavery. Back in the 17th and 18th centuries, during the prime of the United States of America, white people owned black people as slaves. Then in the mid 19th century, a civil war broke out between the Democratic South who wanted to keep their slaves and the Republican North who wanted slavery abolished. Needless to say, the Republicans won the civil war, and slavery was abolished. Everyone was finally given American freedom. Or were we...? What I'm going to say next is going to sound very crazy.
